Private Pilots Licence – PPL
Getting a Private Pilot Licence is your ticket to flying anywhere within Australia. You can also convert your licence to the overseas equivalent. To obtain a Private Pilot Licence, you must first be competent in the RPL syllabus prior to commencing training.
- CASA mandated minimum flying training: 25 hours (20 hours dual, 5 hours cross-country command and 2 hours of instrument time).
- Need to pass PPL theory exam then practical flight test with an examiner.
